Service Description

Welcome to our monthly calisthenics conditioning class @ Ashes to Bones ~ we're getting strong lifting our own bodies over here! Programming includes beginner-intermediate calisthenics and mobility work (starting with perfecting our planks, push ups, hollow holds, low squats and side squats), conditioning/drills towards handstand/handstand progressions, and a smart cool down structured around increasing range of motion.
