Raleigh, come play! Popping up casually @ our old training grounds of Triangle Rock Club (Duraleigh Rd) for our annual 12 Days of Christmas handstand workout: December 19, 6:30-7:30pm (hangs/play following) no sign ups necessary, we are just all buying a day pass (unless you already have a TRC pass) and meeting in the fitness room to throw down! all levels welcome always | hope to squeeze you there :)
