About

Lauren Alivia found yoga at the young age of 18 ~ and has since dedicated her life to studying as many facets of the practice as possible, sharing what she finds with passion and sincerity.

An experienced instructor, she has taught a variety of students of different age groups, needs and ability levels across the country -  it lights her up to be of service to every single student that crosses her path.

 

Lauren holds two 200hr certifications including Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga and Rocket/Progressive Ashtanga Yoga, as well as certifications in Yin Yoga and Thai Bodywork. YACEP instructor - offering Yoga Alliance certified trainings for yoga teachers. Hand balancing/Coach of PLAY

Former Personal Trainer + USAW Olympic Weightlifting Coach

 

When she is not teaching or leading a retreat somewhere gorgeous, Lauren can be found enjoying the beauty that is home in Surf City, NC: usually surfing, skating barefoot, or hunting for sharks teeth with her love.

Based in Surf City, NC ~ traveling all over to share passion-driven movement and connection.

Private instruction, corporate events, trainings, retreats and private retreat experiences, collaboration and more.
