Full Moon Yin

Service Description

Have you ever watched the full moon rise red above the ocean? If you have, I'm sure you'll show up. If you haven't, I really hope you do show up because~ this is the most incredible, spiritual experience that is different every single time. But also so magic every single time. Deep release for the full moon: breath work and yin/long and juicy holds. We will have the opportunity to address and release ~ and then watch the full moon rise over the ocean together. We practice at Surf City Access 39 (3016 S Shore Dr Surf City NC) but parking is limited, so it is recommended to meet at Access 18 by the Surf City Pier and carpool -> 39 7pm meet & carpool 7:20pm breath work -> yin 8:14pm full moonrise (howl) Pay What You Can (suggested $15-20 but all is welcome) BYO towel ~ Sign up or just show up
