Full Moon Yin

Service Description

*Sign ups now required* Deep release for the full moon: breath work and yin/long and juicy holds. We will have the opportunity to observe and release through the physical yin yoga practice ~ and then watch the full moon rise red over the ocean together. We practice at Surf City Access 39 (3016 S Shore Dr Surf City NC) but parking is limited, so we meet at Access 18 parking lot by the Surf City Pier (100 North Shore Dr) and carpool -> 39 *if you are already riding with 3 or more in your car you can go straight to 39! 7:15pm meet & carpool 7:30pm breath work -> yin 8:32pm full moonrise (howl) Pay What You Can (suggested $15-20 but all is welcome) BYO towel ~ sign up required
